Perfect and i love the confidence of that hairdo. Reminds me of 90s anime.

AK-ME responds:

Precisely because Hokuto No Ken manga is from the 1988 it has that 90s anime feel, where all the hairs were fluffy and full of volume.

Amazing work! This must've taken a long time to complete and your effort shows.

sekim0118 responds:

Thank you :D
Adding the details of those glasses nearly killed me

I always love it when people combine ink and watercolor (please correct me if I'm wrong). You did a great job at building this scene with all the detail. Those characters having a chat off to the right are great at making it feel lived-in and cozy.

Kamikaye responds:

Thx a lot :) Yea I inked the lines before coloring.

Sammy Hagar's "Heavy Metal Noise" starts playing.

Flooko responds:

always

I love the way your drawings have a dreamlike quality to them. This is a really cool piece and all the imagery and symbolism in it makes me wonder what the deeper story is here.

Ruedefaux responds:

Thank you~
tbh the deeper story is just as much as mystery to me as it is to you.
but this character is basically a love letter to my favourite PS2 horror games-- Clock tower series, Fatal Frame, Silent hill.

Tragic what happened to Kojima and his IP. But at least we'll have the memory of a kick-ass game franchise.

KajaG responds:

It really is, and it's really horrible how Konami treated him, even with the Game Awards thing. It's good to see he's doing his own thing now and being successful though.

The silver lining with MGRR is that Kojima's involvement in the game was very, very minimal. So if we were ever to get a sequel, I think Platinum would be able to carry it on themselves without having to involve him. I would love another game just like MGRR.

Chainsaw Shotgun, now that's what gears of war needed.

Repperoni responds:

I'm surprised they havent yet! LOL Can't go wrong with a chainsaw!

This is an amazing reimagining of Heather Mason. Personally I'd like to see Luigi Cleric

SanyaUmbra responds:

Really glad to read that! And another vote for Luigi!

Amazing work. You've captured all the details of a start screen and even better umber to white gradient. Really sells that glowing crystal/flame aesthetic.

Tyhond responds:

Thank you! :D It's based on Terraria Calamity

I look forward to seeing more of Scorn

Repperoni responds:

Working on a quick comic for him soon!
